《Seize The Day》是TV动画《摇曳露营△ 第2季》的片头曲，由亚咲花演唱，于2021年1月27日发行。这是一首包含了亚咲花自己的想法和对《摇曳露营△》系列感情的歌曲。
动画《摇曳露营△》改编自日本漫画家あfろ所创作的同名漫画，在Manga Time Kirara Forward（2017年3月号）上宣布了动画化的消息。该片由C-Station负责制作，第一季于2018年1月4日起播出。第2季于2021年1月7日起播出。
